Experiences are always nice to share.
There was a time when man had to communicate with each other with fire. As good as it was it had the problems of distance.
Use of men as mediators for communication was the next level of communication. And that was further expanded with the introduction of a postal network transferring information. Delay in posts brought the telegraph system. And the lack of emotions in telegraph brought the telephone system.
But a telephone system would be good enough to communicate information. But what if I wanted to say something that are better conveyed through posts. That brought the electronic mailing system that sent information like the post but much faster and also aided storage and retrieval of information.
In todays world there are a number of times when we wish to communicate and to share. But to whom do we communicate, when I just want to share to a general class of people. The solution was Blogs. Blogs a short term for web log is now a broadcast to all methodology were one communicates to everybody including oneself.
And this is a blog meant for communication. Not for communicating information but for storing (publicly viewable) diaries.
This blog is started by the family tree of Mr. Hariharan to communicate to each other and to the world about nothing of historical importance and yet everything of individual importance.
Let us Communicate. Let us shrink the world.
Metres are no longer a measure of distance.

Hi,
It's nice to have a family blog. I havent heard one like this so far, especially because blogs usually are on specific topics.
It'll be good to hear from everyone on what they are doing and upto in a regular basis.
Good job all of you for taking this initiative!
